Annotation
Das Reverse Engineering findet sich zunehmend in allen Phasen des Produktlebenszyklus wieder, was die Vielfalt der Anwendungsfalle und deren Komplexitat erhoht. Die Beschreibung potenzieller Anwendungsszenarien und die Auswahl einer Technologie zur 3-D-Datenerfassung und -aufarbeitung, die den jeweiligen Anwendungsfallen gerecht wird, stehen im Zentrum dieser Richtlinie. In diesem Zusammenhang werden wichtige Begriffe erlautert. Der Stand der Technik, die notige Qualifikation des Nutzers sowie die Prozesse der 3-DDatenerfassung und der Generierung digitaler Produktmodelle werden mit Bezug auf die Anwendungsfalle beschrieben. Insbesondere wird auf technologische Charakteristika, die Anwender bei der Systemwahl berucksichtigen sollten, eingegangen, wie:
• Genauigkeit,
• Geschwindigkeit und Automatisierungsmoglichkeiten,
• Flexibilitat und Mobilitat,
• Softwareschnittstellen oder
• vertragliche Rahmenbedingungen und Service.
Zudem werden Schnittstellen zum Datenmanagement, richtungsweisende Prozessablaufe im Produktlebenszyklus sowie Reverse Engineering Strategien behandelt. In diesem Zusammenhang werden Automatisierungsmoglichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung dargestellt. Um den Rahmen dieser Richtlinie nicht zu weit zu fassen, wird lediglich die Erzeugung von Geometriedaten im Maschinenund Anlagenbau adressiert und nicht das Reverse Engineering von Elektronikkomponenten oder von Software.
In dieser Richtlinie werden weder Vorgehensweisen zur Ermittlung der Funktions- und Fertigungsprinzipien von Produkten aufgezeigt, noch werden Hilfestellungen zur exakten Nachbildung der in der ursprunglichen Produktenentwicklungsphase modellierten CAD-Daten gegeben.
