E&P Tanks (API Publication 4697) is computer-based software designed to use site-specific information to predict emission from petroleum production storage tanks. It is now compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit windows 7 as well as windows 2000/XP/Vista. It estimates flashing, working, and standing losses, and calculates losses using specific operations for each user's tank. Cited by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), it allows the user to enter specific tank condition information to generate air emission reports.

The new version of E&P Tanks v3.0 predicts hydrocarbon emission from production oil tanks and is now compatible with 32 bit and 64 bit windows 7 as well as windows 2000/xp/vista.

New features of E&P Tanks v3.0 include:

•Updated compatibility with 32-bit and 64 bit windows 7 and windows 2000/xp/vista.

•Reports available are yearly or monthly display options.

•The ability to export results into MS Excel worksheets.

•Plus fraction (CN+) characterization algorithm

•Two unit systems, English and SI units, available to view data and print projects
