Between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Namibia on Cooperation in Education
Preamble
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Namibia, hereinafter referred to as "the Parties",
Guided by conditions of Joint Declaration of the Principles of Relationships between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Namibia dated 31 March of 1998;
Aiming at further improvement and development of cooperation between two states in the sphere of higher professional, postgraduate professional and additional professional education on the basis of the principals of equality and mutual advantage in the sphere of education, and
Striving to give a new impetus to their bilateral cooperation in the sphere of higher professional, postgraduate professional and additional professional education,
Have hereby agreed on the following:
