Annotation

Scope and field of application

This International Standard specifies the mechanical properties of bolts, screws, studs and nuts

- with nominal thread diameters, d, from Ml,6 to M39 inclusive;

- with metric IS0 thread in accordance with IS0 261;

- made of copper and copper alloys or aiuminium and aluminium alloys.

It does not apply to bolts, screws, studs and nuts with special property requirements such as

- corrosion resistance;

- electrical conductivity.
