Annotation
Diese Norm legt die Liste der einzusetzenden Prufflussigkeiten fest zum Nachweis, dass Bauelemente und Untergruppen nicht nachteilig durch Kontamination mittels Flussigkeiten beeinflusst werden, denen sie ublicherweise ausgesetzt sein durfen.
Die aufgefuhrten Flussigkeiten sind charakteristisch fur ublicherweise bei Luft- und Bodenanwendungen eingesetzte und anzutreffende Flussigkeiten und angepasst an die Anforderungen der ISO 7137 hinsichtlich der Bestandigkeit gegen Flussigkeiten. Diese Liste darf nicht als vollstandig angesehen werden; in der Produktnorm durfen zusatzliche Prufflussigkeiten festgelegt sein, gegen welche Einhaltung nachgewiesen werden muss. Diese Norm, wenn in Verbindung mit den in Abschnitt 6 oder den in der Produktnorm festgelegten Prufanforderungen angewendet, ist als Ausgangspunkt der Prufung eines Bauelements zur Bestimmung seiner Mindestleistungsfahigkeit anzusehen, wenn es den aufgelisteten Flussigkeiten ausgesetzt wird.
Prufergebnisse, die aus einer Anzahl von Quellen uber einen erheblichen Zeitraum gesammelt wurden, ergaben, dass in vielen Fallen unterschiedliche Ergebnisse erreicht werden konnen, wenn Flussigkeiten aus dem Betrieb eingesetzt werden. Die Praktik des Festlegens von Flussigkeiten basierend auf Leistungskriterien statt auf ihren Bestandteilen kann bedeuten, dass es zwischen Losen der Flussigkeit, die von unterschiedlichen Herstellern oder sogar vom gleichen Hersteller bezogen werden, Abweichungen hinsichtlich der Prufergebnisse gibt.
Aus diesem Grund wird in der Norm EN 3909 der Einsatz von ?genormten Prufflussigkeiten“ empfohlen, die durch ihre Bestandteile festgelegt sind und die die Chemikalien enthalten, die in ublicherweise eingesetzten Flussigkeiten verwendet werden.
Wenn die Ausrustung Flussigkeiten ausgesetzt wird, die nicht in Tabelle 1 enthalten sind oder wenn zusatzliche Prufflussigkeiten als erforderlich angesehen werden, muss die Produktnorm diese geforderte, besondere Flussigkeit identifizieren. Wenn Hersteller sich dafur entscheiden, zusatzliche Prufflussigkeiten einzubeziehen (z. B. um eine Kundenanforderung zu erfullen), geschieht dies auf eigenes Risiko.
