Annotation
Method for testing whether the flashpoint of a sample of paint, or of petroleum or a related product, is below a selected value in the temperature range 5° to 65° using alternative closed cups including Abel, Abel-Pensky, Pensky-Martens and Tag by reference to various national standards. (See BS 3900-A9, A13 and A14).
