Annotation
Method, for use in field or laboratory conditions, involving rapid filtration of a test portion and comparison of filtered visible dirt with two sets (coarse and fine) of photographic standards (see BS 4938:Part 2P). An appendix gives information on the relationship between results obtained using methods described in Parts 1 and 2.
