Introduction
Pallets are used to group goods to form loading units for transport and storage. Considerable investment is required for the procurement and maintenance of pallets. It regularly occurs that serious damage is caused to pallets through incorrect handling. This has a negative impact on the operating costs in transport and storage. To avoid damage and loss the following instructions should be observed:
