Annotation
This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the hardware and systems of recording media, maintenance of readability, procedure for migration of media, disposal, etc., in order to digitize paper documents or microfilmed documents and to preserve electronic imaging documents for a long term. Electronic imaging documents in this Standard shall be created in accordance with JIS Z 6016.
In addition, the recording media in this Standard are aimed at optical disks of high compatibility, which can preserve recordings for a long term.
