Annotation
The objective of the guideline is to provide a set of rules for the exchange of product data in computeraided planning processes for building services systems.
The following is made available by the manufacturers for the purpose of product data exchange:
• all technical data required for designing the product
• the geometry associated with the product in question, in the form of disturbance spaces, connections and form blocks
• the article numbers, DATANORM numbers and StLB numbers assigned to the product
The scope of the guideline ensues from this objective. It comprises products and components of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and sanitary systems.
