Annotation
Dieser Teil von IEC 61968 spezifiziert die Erweiterungen des allgemeinen Informationsmodells (CIM) f r die Verteilung, welche in IEC 61970-301 spezifiziert sind. Er definiert eine grundlegende Reihe von Erweiterungen des allgemeinen Informationsmodells (CIM), welche die Nachrichtendefinition nach IEC 61968-3 bis IEC 61968-9, IEC 61968-13 und IEC 61968-14 1) unterst tzen. Der Anwendungsbereich der vorliegenden Norm erstreckt sich auf das Informationsmodell, welches das Basis-CIM f r die Bed rfnisse von Verteilnetzen erweitert, und auch auf die Integration in unternehmensweiten Informationssystemen, welche blicherweise innerhalb von Anlagen zur Elektrizit tsversorgung angewendet werden. Das Informationsmodell ist in UML definiert, welche eine plattformunabh ngige und elektronisch verarbeitbare Sprache ist, welche wiederum verwendet wird, um Definitionen des Nachrichtengehalts (en: message payload) in verschiedenen geforderten Formaten zu erzeugen. Dadurch wird die vorliegende Norm nicht von Spezifikationen, Entwicklung und/oder Anwendung von Infrastrukturen der n chsten Generation betroffen, weder durch die Anwendung von Normen noch durch urheberrechtliche Mittel.
F r den Zweck des vorliegenden Teils von IEC 61968 bezieht sich das Verteilungs-CIM (DCIM; en: distribution CIM) auf das IEC-CIM-Modell, wie es in IEC 61970-301 und diesem Teil von IEC 61968 beschrieben ist.
Das allgemeine Informationsmodell (CIM) ist ein abstraktes Modell der wichtigsten Objekte in einem Elektrizit tsversorgungsunternehmen, welches blicherweise an Versorgungsaktivit ten beteiligt ist. Durch die Bereitstellung einer genormten Weise der Darstellung von Ressourcen von Stromversorgungssystemen als Objektklassen und -attribute zusammen mit ihren Beziehungen unterst tzt das CIM die Integration von Softwareanwendungen, welche unabh ngig von verschiedenen Anbietern entwickelt wurden. Das CIM unterst tzt Integration durch die Definition einer allgemeinen Sprache (d. h. Semantik und Syntax) auf der Grundlage des CIM, um es diesen Anlagen oder Systemen zu erm glichen, auf ffentliche Daten zuzugreifen und Informationen unabh ngig davon auszutauschen, wie solche Informationen intern dargestellt werden.
