Состояние техники в этом смысле - это уровень развития прогрессивных процессов, учреждений или производственных способов, который демонстрирует практическую пригодность мероприятия к ограничению эмиссий, а также для защиты здоровья работников гарантировано. При определении состояния техники нужно поднимать, в частности, сравнимые процессы, учреждения или производственные способы, которые были испытаны с успехом в предприятии. Директивы Союз немецких инженеров в 2263 лист 8, лист 8.1 и лист 8.2 находят приложение на мероприятиях защиты взрыва при элеваторах, в которых имеются в наличии при применении согласно предписанию горючие смеси воздуха пыли или могут возникать. Специальные соображения требуются при гибридных смесях, так как к тому же до сих пор никакие подробные сведения не существуют.
