Annotation
This Standard specifies a method for determining the water-wash sieve residue from carbon black used as a compounding agent for raw materials in the rubber industry (hereafter referred to as "carbon black").
It may not be applicable to oil-treated blacks because the oil could prevent proper wetting of the black by water.
NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows.

In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/ lEC Guide 21-1.
