Annotation
This module is the Control, Command & Signalling (CCS) technology strategy and supports the signalling asset policy.
It is part of a suite of modules detailing information and guidance on policy; this is the technology module and should be read in conjunction with other associated policy modules.
This module covers conventional signalling assets only and does not include level crossing or Digital Railway strategy.
This technology strategy applies to Route Asset Managers (Signalling) for implementing on signalling projects on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure.
Purpose
The purpose of this module is to specify the Signalling Technology strategy for Control, Command and Signalling (CCS) systems for CP6 and beyond.
