Dieser Teil von IEC 61260 beschreibt Verfahren zur periodischen Einzelprufung von Bandfiltern fur Oktaven und Bruchteile von Oktaven (Oktav- und Teiloktavfilter), die dafur ausgelegt sind, die Anforderungen nach IEC 61260-1:2014 an Gerate der Klasse 1 oder der Klasse 2 zu erfullen. Der Zweck der vorliegenden Norm besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass die periodische Einzelprufung von allen Laboren einheitlich durchgefuhrt wird.
Der Zweck einer periodischen Einzelprufung besteht darin, dem Anwender die Sicherheit zu geben, dass die Eigenschaften eines Oktav- bzw. Teiloktavfilters fur eine begrenzte Anzahl von grundlegenden Prufungen und unter den Umgebungsbedingungen, unter denen die Prufungen durchgefuhrt wurden, die zutreffenden Anforderungen von IEC 61260-1 erfullen.
Der Prufumfang in der vorliegenden Norm ist bewusst auf das fur eine periodische Einzelprufung als notwendig betrachtete Mindestma? beschrankt.
Die in dieser Norm beschriebene periodische Einzelprufung gilt fur Filter, fur die der Hersteller den Anspruch erhebt, dass sie die Anforderungen von IEC 61260-1:2014 erfullen. Die in der vorliegenden Norm beschriebene periodische Einzelprufung gilt sowohl fur Filter, deren Typ eine Baumusterprufung nach den Prufverfahren von IEC 61260-2 durch eine unabhangige, fur die Bauartzulassung zustandige Pruforganisation bestanden hat, als auch fur Filter, auf deren Typ dies nicht zutrifft.
Wenn kein Nachweis einer Bauartzulassung offentlich verfugbar ist, kann aufgrund des beschrankten Prufumfangs der periodischen Einzelprufung keine pauschale Schlussfolgerung bezuglich der Ubereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen von IEC 61260-1 gezogen werden, auch wenn die Ergebnisse der periodischen Einzelprufung alle zutreffenden Anforderungen der vorliegenden Norm einhalten.
