Annotation
With the act implementing the Industrial Emissions Directive dated 8th April 2013 the term “baseline report” was introduced into BImSchG (Immissions Control Act). This VDI Standard brings together the requirements applicable to the preparation of a baseline report for installation operators who intend to operate an installation in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive. In this way it standardizes the different requirements with regard to licensing and implementation.
The standard is addressed to operators, planners, plant constructors, experts, the responsible authorities as well as to third parties within the sphere of influence of scrapyards planned, constructed and operated in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive. This standard describes the current state of the art in the preparation of a baseline report for scrapyards.
