Annotation
This Standard specifies a method for determining the hardness of vulcanized or thermoplastic rubber using durometers.
NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows.
ISO 7619-1: 2010 Rubber, vulcanized or thermoplastic-Determination of indentation hardness-Part 1: Durometer method (Shore hardness) (MOD)
In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/lEC Guide 21-1.
