Annotation
Dieser Teil von IEC 61207 gilt fur alle Aspekte von Gasanalysatoren, die das TSLAS-Verfahren zur Messung der Konzentration einer oder mehrerer Gaskomponenten nutzen, die in einem Gasgemisch oder in der Dampfphase vorliegen.
Er gilt fur Analysatoren, in denen abstimmbare Halbleiterlaser zum Einsatz kommen und die mit Verfahren der Absorptionsspektroskopie arbeiten, wie der direkten Absorptionsspektroskopie, FMS, WMS, der Multipass-Absorptionsspektroskopie, CRDS-, ICOS-, PAS- und CEAS-Techniken, usw.
Dieser Teil gilt fur Analysatoren des In-situ-Typs und des extraktiven Typs. Zweck dieses Teils ist:
– die Terminologie und die Begriffe zum funktionalen Betriebsverhalten festzulegen fur Gasanalysatoren zur kontinuierliche Messung von Gas- oder Dampfkonzentration, bei denen die Gasabsorptionsspektroskopie mittels abstimmbarer Halbleiterlaser zum Einsatz kommt;
– die Methoden zu vereinheitlichen, die zur Formulierung und Uberprufung von Angaben zum funktionalen Betriebsverhalten dieser Gasanalysatoren dienen;
– die Angabe, welche Prufungen zur Bestimmung des funktionalen Betriebsverhaltens auszufuhren und wie solche Prufungen durchzufuhren sind;
– die Bereitstellung von Basisdokumenten fur den Nachweis der Einhaltung von Normen zur Qualitatssicherung, wie in ISO 9001.
