Annotation
These test methods cover the determination of mass fraction % of carbon, nitrogen and oxygen in silicon nitride powder having chemical compositions.
Two test methods appear in this standard.
Total Carbon by the Direct Combustion-Infrared Measurement Method.
Nitrogen by the Inert Gas Fusion-Thermal Conductivity Measurement Method and Oxygen by the Inert Gas Fusion-Infrared Measurement Method.
