Annotation
This specification defines the requirements applicable to design and construction of rotary positive displacement pumps for shipboard use. The classes of service are shown in Section 4.
This specification will not include pumps for hydraulic service or cargo unloading applications.
The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units that are provided for information only and are not considered standard.
