Annotation
This guideline applies to industrial trucks (without load-bearing limit) including the trailers pulled by them. Industrial trucks of a special type (e. g. explosion- proof or gas-powered) or with a special equipment (e. g. for the transport of red-hot molten material) are subject to additional regulations (see Bibliography).
This guideline does not apply to:
• cranes BGV D 6
• vehicles BGV D 29
• lifting platforms BGR 500 Chp. 2.101)
• earthmoving machinery BGR 500 Chp. 2.121)
• manually-powered industrial trucks without lifting gear
