Annotation
This standard specifies dimensions and symbols for single row metric tapered roller bearings, the main dimensions of which have been taken from ISO 355. Since only these dimensions conform to the general plan as in DIN 616 and the symbols specified in the DIN Standard differ from those given in the International Standard, the present standard, DIN 720, has been retained and is to be used in conjunction with ISO 335.
