Annotation
This Standard provides a composite test procedure, primarily intended for component type specimens, to determine, in an accelerated manner, the resistance of specimens to the deteriorative effects of high temperature/humidity and cold conditions.
NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows.
IEC 60068-2-38: 2009 Environmental testing-Part 2-38: Tests-Test Z/AD: Composite temperature/humidity cyclic test (IDT)
In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/IEC Guide 21-1.
